Jesus looks ahead, he prepares his disciples to face severe persecution, take gospel opportunities and trust his providential care and not just them then, but us now too! Ben Cadoux-Hudson encourages us to witness to Jesus through opposition and to endure to the end, trusting in God's care for us.

Andy Gawn's children’s talk is on ‘I AM the Light of the World' from John 9 - We need light, don’t we? Having light means we can see things. See things clearly. See things for how they really are. And see what we really need. Andy Gawn explains what it means for Jesus to be the light that we need.

      Reflecting Jesus in our Marriages
      • Ministry Area Services
      • Passage: Ephesians 5:22-33
      More Info.

In this passage the Apostle Paul shows us what 'submitting to one another out of reverence for Christ' looks like in the marriage relationship. Husbands are the heads of the family and wives are called to submit to their leadership. Is this an outdated, misogynistic teaching that is best forgotten by 21st Century life? Paul says no, because it is modelled on Christ's relationship with his church.
