      Doors open at 10:20am; lots of free play including playdough, building blocks, cars, trainset, home corner, books and puzzles; then a short talk from the Bible, some singing and a prayer, plus a creative activity.

      Do you know the pain of a long-held hope and dream being suddenly and completely destroyed? Ramzi Adcock draws our attention to this stranger, Jesus himself, who drew near to them and turned their disappointed heart burning inside them.

      Andy Gawn's children’s talk is on ‘A Disciple Longs for What is Right' from Matthew 5: 7-12 - Jesus says…blessed are the poor in spirit. Blessed are those who mourn sin, not celebrate it. Blessed are the meek, not the aggressive…and blessed are those who long for righteousness. It’s all completely upside down isn’t it?!? In this talk Andy Gawn helps us see why the merciful, pure in heart, and peacemakers are all blessed!

      Come and join us for CYFA! We study the Bible together in small groups, seeking to discover what God is saying to us about life today. If you're not yet in a CYFA small group just get in touch and we can set you up. It's open to everyone in school years 10-13 (or equivalent), so feel free to invite your mates along too.

      The plan for the summer term is for CYFA to meet in person at JPC, each small group having its own room. If plans need to change from that we will update this page and also email our mailing list to let everyone know. Below you will soon be able to download a plan of which group is meeting where. If you have any other questions or concerns, please get in touch.

      Join us at Pathfinders for relevant & fun Bible teaching, small group discussion to help us hear what God is saying to us today, & of course some crazy games! When we meet in person we meet in the main church hall. Doors open at 3.50pm. Remember to bring a mask with you!

      The plan for the summer term is to alternate meeting in person and meeting on Zoom. We will start on 18 Apr on Zoom, followed by 25 Apr in person, and then repeat until the summer holidays. You will soon be able to download our term card below which will give full details of where we will meet each week. But get in touch if you have any questions.

      This evening Jon Teasdale will be preaching on ‘No worries’ from Philippians 4: 6-7 - What makes you worry? What is the world worrying about right now? There are a lot of advice out there about how to deal with concerns. Jon Teasdale shows us what the Bible says about worry by looking at Paul's letter to the Philippians.

      Our Bumps and Babies group is for mums-to-be and parents, grandparents and carers of children under 16 months. We provide a welcoming, fun and safe environment for you and your child. The cost per session is £1.50.

      At this session we will be following covid-safe procedures including social distancing.

      Each session includes discussion and a talk on video. It explores what it means to follow Jesus by going through Philippians.

      The course runs for seven weeks and begins with a brief look at the Gospel of Mark. This is followed by a short talk on video by Rico Tice, which examines the question for that week. Finally there is an opportunity to discuss the topic further.
